On offer is an extensive range of hot and cold takeaway foods. There are two fresh hot soups made every day, with at least one of them always being a vegetarian option (also usually vegan and made with gluten free ingredients).

Hot breakfast rolls are also available – bacon (from award winning local producer Ramsays of Carluke), lorne or link sausage, Stornoway black pudding, eggs, tattie scone.

Steak pies have awards from both the Scotch Pie Club and Scottish Bakers, Cottage Pies and Chicken, Leek & Haggis have various awards from the Scotch Pie Club and and the Cadgers Pie (named after the local landmark Cadgers Brig) this year won a Regional Bronze from Scottish Bakers.

Other pies in the range can include Macaroni cheese, Chicken Curry, Chicken Leek & Ham, Haggis Neeps & Tattie, Sausage Beans & Mash, Scotch, Sausage Rolls all subject to daily availability – advance orders are always welcomed!

Sandwiches (made using white or seeded bread baked by Biggar Flavour), filled rolls, wraps and salad boxes are made fresh to order from an extensive range of fillings, with staff carefully noting specific customer requirements.

Standard fillings include ham, Lockerbie cheddar, egg mayo and tuna mayo.

There are many special fillings –Brie bacon & cranberry, BLT, Chicken wholegrain mustard & grape, Lemon poppyseed chicken, Coronation chicken – all put together at the time of order using fresh cooked chicken breasts.

There are lots of tempting sweet treats to add to your selection in the patisserie counter packed full of biscuits, traybakes and cakes all made in the Biggar Flavour on site kitchen – you may even follow the aroma of baking wafting down the Biggar High Street!

Fresh ground coffee is also made, so you can add your favourite drink – whether it is a latte, cappuccino, americano or a traditional cup of tea or a cold drink from the extensive stock in the refrigerated cabinets.
