Delivery Information

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed before 12 noon will be shipped the following business day, after 12 noon, the order will be shipped 2 business days later unless an alternative delivery date is requested.

We ask our customers to confirm a preferred delivery date.  Every attempt is made by us to ensure delivery is made on the requested day however this is not a guaranteed date. We will dispatch orders so that they should arrive when requested, but as we currently use an external delivery company, it is out of our hands if delivery is not made on the preferred date.  We do advise the company of the preferred delivery date, and every effort is made to keep to this date.

Every gift box, hamper and cheese board will be delivered in our protective packaging to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. Our cheese box and Box of Sunshine contents are carefully packed directly in boxes for shipping. We package all our cheeses & other chilled items with an ice pack to keep the cheese as fresh as possible during transit.

These surcharges do not apply to Royal Mail delivery of Boxes of Sunshine.

Collection & Local delivery

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at The Orchard, 93 High Street, Biggar. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day, or on the date requested on ordering. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:30am-5:00pm on Monday-Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Local delivery is available within Biggar for a £2.00 delivery charge. Local deliveries are made on Monday, Wednesday & Thursday.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 business days (3 days for Boxes of Sunshine) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds & returns

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We do not accept return of perishable items.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably by email at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
